This website is operated by Vibrational Healing New Zealand. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vibrational Healing New Zealand. Vibrational Healing New Zealand offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

This website is owned by Cecilia Ling and, unless otherwise indicated, who owns or is licensed to use all content and other material appearing on the website. All materials on this website are protected by New Zealand copyright and no materials on this website may be used, reproduced, distributed, re-published or displayed in any form, by any means without written permission from the owner of this website.

No logos, emblems and trademarks (whether registered or not) on the website or the website’s design elements may be used without prior written permission from the owner of this website or from the relevant copyright owner.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service or Products listed on this website, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Section 8 – Product Availability

Product(s) may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time, products listed on the site may not be available. We do not warrant the availability of products and do not accept liability for any loss arising due by unavailability of the product(s). However every effort will be made to keep the information on the website up to date and accurate.

Section 9 – Orders

Products may be ordered by following the instructions on the catalogue pages of this site.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit/debit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Section 10 – Price And Payment

All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars. The Vibrational Healing New Zealand is not registered for Goods & Services Tax. The prices specified are subject to change at any time without notification. We currently accept credit (and debit) card payments via PayPal or Stripe, our payment gateway or Direct Credit.

Your personal and financial details are securely encrypted to ensure your money and information stays safer when you pay with PayPal. Your financial information is never shared and we never see or store your financial information (e.g. credit/debit card details) when you place an order with us. Your financial data is sent using HTTPS is secured via Transport Layer Security protocol (TLS), Our checkout process is secured by sending data using HTTPS and Transport Layer Security protocol (TLS) to provide encryption and authentication.

Please also note that goods won’t be dispatched until such time as the full fund of your order has been received by us.

If we are unable to deliver any item ordered and paid, you will be refunded with the full cost of the item paid plus the paid delivery charge of that item via Paypal for that item debited when the order was placed and paid. 

Layby option

We offer layby as one of the payment options if an order value is over $100. When we enter into a layby sales agreement with you, goods will not be delivered until the payment plan of our layby sales agreement has been successfully completed.

Regular payments are made weekly, fortnightly or monthly as chosen by you at the time of setting the layby sales agreement. We only offer layby periods range between 2 weeks to 13 weeks/3 months and payment methods are direct credit, PayPal or Stripe. The minimum periodical payment is $20 or unless stated otherwise in our agreement.

You can cancel a layby sale agreement at any time and all the money you have paid so far will be refunded via direct credit or Paypal, less the cancellation fee. We charge 25% of the total value of your layby order as the cancellation fee if you cancel your layby.

Section 11 – Delivery

Local Orders

Delivery charges within New Zealand will be calculated for each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and submit your order to be processed. All deliveries are tracked and will be by courier or by any delivery service as chosen by Vibrational Healing New Zealand. Estimation delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.

Vibrational Healing New Zealand do not accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit.

International Orders

Delivery charges to places outside of New Zealand will be calculated for each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and submit your order to be processed. All deliveries are tracked There are 2 shipping options available: International Courier or International Express Courier. Estimation delivery time is 7-30 working days depending on your choice of shipping and the destination country.

As each country has different Custom and Import regulations, it is your responsibility to make sure the products delivered to you are not prohibited or restricted in your country/state/province of residence. We do not organise or manage importing of our products to country outside of New Zealand plus we will not be responsible for any process or costs including custom duties, when you are importing goods from us. There will not be any refund or replacement of goods if goods are detained or confiscated by your local Custom Office. For more details, please contact your local Custom Office.

Vibrational Healing New Zealand do not accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit.

And we do not accept liability for goods lost in transit due to incorrect delivery address provided to us during the ordering process. You will be responsible for all the costs including products of having your order re-delivered to the correct address.

Section 12 – Cancellation

We do not give refund or exchange product if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully unless the goods have not been dispatched at the time the cancellation request is made.

Please contact us via email if you wish to cancel your order, quoting your name, email address and order number. If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation may not be possible.

If we are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will refund you via Paypal where possible or, if you prefer, we can give you credit for future.

While we try to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error with the listing a product on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

Section 13 – Faulty, Damaged And Incorrect Goods

If the product you received is faulty or incorrect being shipped, please contact us immediately [within 10 days]. We will either replace or provide you with a refund at no extra cost, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. If your order is mislaid or you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately [within 10 days] and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly. However, Vibrational Healing New Zealand do not accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit.

We do not accept liability for goods lost in transit due to incorrect delivery address provided to us during the ordering process. You will be responsible for all the costs including products of having your order re-delivered to the correct address.

Your claim under the Consumer Guarantees Act must be made within a “reasonable time”, which is defined as the period from when you obtained the goods to the point in time when it would be reasonable to expect the defect to become apparent. If claim is made outside of a “reasonable time”, you may no longer covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Section 14 – Refund And Return

We do not give refund or exchange product if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully unless the goods have not been dispatched at the time the cancellation request is made. Orders can only be cancelled if the goods have not been dispatched at the time the cancellation request is made. Please contact us via email if you wish to cancel your order, quoting your name, email address and order number. If the order has already been shipped, we do not refund or exchange product for cancellation.

We only refund or replace products only if either the product is faulty or incorrect product being shipped provided that the product is returned with a valid invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. For faulty product or incorrected product being shipped, please email us immediately [within 10 days] and we will either replace the product or provide you with a refund at no extra cost, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act. Once the faulty or incorrect good is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will either refund or send the replacement good to you at no extra cost.

Section 15 – Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information including shipping address, contact details, etc for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and contact details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Nor Vibrational Healing New Zealand, its staff or this website do not provide medical advice or medical treatment.  All information provided by Vibrational Healing New Zealand either via its website or published materials, is for informational purposed only and is not meant to be a substitute for advice or treatment provided by qualified health care professionals. You should not use the information provided as medical advice, treatment or diagnosis of a medical condition. You should always consult with their qualified health care professional for medical advice, treatment or information.

Section 17 – Use Of Cookies

Some pages on this site use “cookies” which are small files that the site places on your hard drive for identification purposes. These files are used for site registration and customization the next time you visit us. You should note that cookies cannot read data on your hard drive. Please note that the Vibrational Healing New Zealand is not liable, if the shipping address is incorrect at the time of checkout. If shipping overseas from New Zealand, please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. In addition, your order may be subject to customs and clearance charges, which the Vibrational Healing New Zealand will not be responsible for. These charges may vary and are outside of our control.

Vibrational Healing New Zealand also abides by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
